Ruto: No going back on digital procurement

President William Ruto has insisted there will be no turning back on the implementation of e-procurement, which he says will tackle graft and misuse of public resources. He adds that the system is open to public scrutiny and will prevent corruption, rather than relying solely on investigative agencies to pursue those who have siphoned funds, as is currently the case.
