Opposition leader Raila Odinga has issued a 30-day ultimatum to the Kenya Kwanza government to resume bi-partisan talks failure to which the opposition will announce the next cause of action. Speaking in Siaya during the burial of one of the victims of police brutality in the weekly anti-government demos in July, Raila says the opposition is headed to the negotiation table without conditions, asking the Kenya Kwanza counterparts to follow suit.
