Two families tussle over prime land in Lavington

A land tussle involving three families in Lavington, Nairobi rages on with the judiciary saying it is far from over. The civil dispute over the two-acre piece of land that is now before the environment and land courts will be mentioned on September 18th. One of the families in the dispute who had bought one acre is petitioning the court to allow them possess the entire 2-acre piece which they have occupied for about 27 years.
