Liwatoni fish processing plant to be ready by December

This is the confirmation from Mining and Blue Economy Cabinet Secretary Salim Mvurya who also adds that the move will create more than three thousand job opportunities. The plant which is currently over 50% done has been delayed due to lack of funds. The government estimates the total cost of the project at one point four billion shillings.
