One arrested, narcotics seized in Kakamega County

Last night, officers from Matungu Police Station in Kakamega County flagged down a private vehicle at a roadblock. However, instead of complying with the officers’ directive, the driver defied the order, accelerated away, and drove over the spikes that had been set up across the road.
