The Region's forum chairman John Oscar Juma said the situation has prompted them to initiate free legal aid camps and corporate social responsibility CSO activities to support the vulnerable population. Speaking at Kipsongo slum in Kitale in Chetoto primary school,Trans-Nzoia County when the forum presented text books to the slum school, Juma noted that accessing justice had become an uphill task for most residents.
