The weatherman now says the anticipated El Nino rains will not be as intense as it had been predicted. The meteorological departments weather outlook for the month of October shows that the rains begin in the next two weeks in areas where it hasn’t and will intensify in areas where it is already raining all the way to December. The weatherman however urged both the national and county governments to continue with the preparedness to mitigate the impact.
