EACC has summoned National Assembly majority party whip and South Mugirango MP Sylvanus Osoro over remarks he made in Bomet County last weekend, saying they constitute serious ethical issues and if true would amount to a serious breach of the integrity and ethical requirements governing the conduct of state officers. EACC says Osoro must appear before its investigators to shed light on the allegations, interview and statement recording.
