Interior Cabinet Secretary Kithure Kindiki has announced that the ongoing security operation to flush out bandits in the 6 counties of the north rift will be extended to disturbed areas in Isiolo, Marsabit and Meru counties from the beginning of next year. Speaking in Samburu County, CS Kindiki called on the Rift Valley and eastern regional commissioners to map out the disturbed areas that will be gazetted.
