1,000 bright children from financially disadvantaged backgrounds who sat for their KCPE examinations last year have been offered full scholarships under the Wings to Fly scholarship program. The beneficiaries were selected from among 56,000 applicants through a rigorous community-based verification and monitoring process.speaking at the commissioning, Equity Group Foundation Executive Chairman Dr. James Mwangi challenged the scholars to take advantage of the funding and make something out of their lives.
