Inside Nairobi bakery run by the deaf

The Nairobi Deaf Bakery has 10 employees, nine of them deaf. They bake bread, biscuits, cakes, and other wheat products. The bakery strictly employs deaf people as a way of empowering them and creating job opportunities for people living with disabilities.
