As the 10-month civil war rages on, nearly half a million Sudanese civilians are now legally registered as refugees with the UNHRC in Egypt. Many of them had to resort to being smuggled across the border.
BBC Arabic obtained exclusive footage of people making the perilous journey – and spoke to some of the refugees and asylum seekers who say their ordeal is not over yet.
