Gender, Culture, Arts and Heritage Cabinet Secretary Aisha Jumwa cited the Hustler Fund , more women have established thriving enterprises. The Cabinet Secretary has in the meantime called for concerted efforts to curb the increasing cases of Gender Based Violence in the country.
