President William Ruto Tuesday assented to the Affordable Housing Act after both chambers of parliament passed the controversial legislation. The signing ceremony held at State House Nairobi will see Kenyans resume their contributions to the housing scheme that was halted by the high court and the court of appeal. Kenyans will however await the month of April for deductions as the government puts in place regulations.
