Several people have been killed in a gang attack in an upmarket part of Haiti’s capital, as more citizens became victims of the collapse of law and order in the Carribean Nation. Gunmen are reported to have looted homes in the communities of Laboule and Thomassin, forcing residents to flee as some called radio stations pleading for police.
