Nairobi governor Johnson Sakaja has set the record straight over the arrest of citizens who film county askaris arresting those who break the law saying it will only happen to those who block them from undertaking their mandate or inciting the public against them. While making his second state of the county address at the Nairobi county assembly, Sakaja has also addressed the water shortage challenge being experienced in the county. At the same time, it's good news to Nairobi residents as they will go forward not paying anything to visit Uhuru Park but a small fee for those visiting the central park.
