The Ethics and Anti Corruption has recovered prime public land next to the Nakuru Ardhi house in Nakuru city valued at 100 million shillings. EACC wants illegal traders who have occupied the half an acre parcel of land to vacate in line with a judgement issued by a Nakuru court in favour of the investigating body last week. EACC spokesperson Eric Ngumbi says the land was set aside for government offices but was grabbed by private developers who colluded with the commissioner of lands.
