Bumula MP Wanami Wamboka: It's very clear that CS Linturi committed crime and tried to cover it up. There's nowhere in law where a minister has any mandate to close a factory. I'm asking members of this House that we find it fit that the president dismisses CS Linturi because the net effect of what he did is that we're not going to have food. The CS must vacate office.
