President Ruto appoints General Charles Kahariri appointed new CDF

President William Ruto has made new changes in the country’s military forces filling the gap left by the late General Francis Ogola. The head of state gazetted the name of General Charles Kahariri as the new chief of defense forces who will be deputized by Major General John Mugaravai who has been promoted from lieutenant general.
