The Kenya Defence Forces has handed over the Wanini Kireri Magereza hospital to the state department of correctional services following its completion and equipping. Interior Cabinet Secretary Professor Kithure Kindiki received the handover documents for the 150-bed capacity facility from his defence colleague Aden Duale at the Prisons Staff and Training College in Ruiru where its located. Duale said the Kenya Defence forces will continue supporting the state department in terms of personnel and training to ensure the health facility maintains the best standards of service delivery.
