The Supreme Court has given the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission the green light to seize 114 Million shillings and seven prime properties belonging to former Nairobi Chief Finance Officer Jimmy Kiamba. The five Judge bench led by Justice Mohamed Ibrahim dismissed Kiamba’s final attempt to appeal the Court of Appeal decision which had affirmed the High Court’s finding that he and his associates had unexplained wealth.
