Ibacho High School in Masaba South Kisii county has embarked on an ambitious education infrastructure development program aimed at accommodating its growing student population. Against a backdrop of high cost of living and recent restrictions on public officers' involvement in fundraisers, the school's Quality Assurance and Standards Officer Elias Chacha while launching two new science laboratories commended the Board of Management for their efficient use of public funds. Board Chairman Andrew Gesora said the new facilities, including a revamped hall and upcoming dormitory construction worth Ksh. 10 million, are designed to bolster science education and improve student accommodation.
