Chief Justice Martha Koome has lauded the Employment and Labour Relations Court for implementing a “no adjournment policy” terming it key in ensuring justice is expeditiously delivered to Kenyans. Speaking during the court’s Open Day at Milimani Law Court yard in Nairobi, the Chief Justice called for collaborative efforts by all stakeholders in identifying areas for improvement and innovative solutions for Courts. And as Ruth Wamboi reports, the Judiciary has vowed to ensure no case should be before any trial court for more than three years.
