Katika mkutano uliofanyika jijini lusaka zambia ulioandaliwa na eannaso na asasi za kiraia na kuhudhuriwa na washirika wa srh, mabunge kutoka afrika mashariki, afrika magharibi na afrika kusini wametetea mapambano ya ulinzi wa haki na utetezi wa afya ya uzazi.
