Bodaboda operators in Igembe central, Meru county, held protests over escalating insecurity in the region following the tragic death of one of their own.During the burial ceremony of the 21-year-old Collins Munene who was allegedly shot by armed robbers the operators said the rising wave of crime in the region has threatened their livelihoods .They have appealed to the authorities to take immediate action to curb the menace.
