The High Court has declined to vary its orders and directed the acting Inspector General of Police Gilbert Masengeli to present himself in court Monday 9th September or face the consequences of snubbing Court summons. Justice Lawrence Mugambi wants Masengeli to appear in Court and explain the whereabouts of two brothers and an activist who were allegedly abducted by police two weeks ago in Kitengela.
