Nakuru County Commissioner Loyford kibaara has ordered the closure of Likia Forest that is on the Nakuru-Narok border after three people were injured within the forest over resource related conflict in recent days. Commissioner Kibaara says the closure of Likia Forest was to prevent further escalation of the infightings between 2 communities. Kibaara urged communities to remain peaceful and asked the two warring factions to exercise caution.
