The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission has arrested the Kiambu Land Registrar linked to the fraudulent acquisition of 667 acres of Agricultural Development Corporation land in Kitale, Trans Nzoia County. EACC Spokesperson Erick Ngumbi said Benson Limo who was then the Nairobi Registrar is the mastermind behind illegal transfer of the public land worth over 1.3 billion shillings belonging to ADC.
