President William Ruto has thrown his weight behind the roll out of the Social Health insurance Fund (SHIF) saying it will ensure that no Kenyan is left behind in health care access. The president who spoke during the 30th anniversary celebration of the African Inland Church in Nairobi said for the first time, all Kenyans will have health insurance noting that the government has already registered 12.8 million people under the new Social Health Authority (SHA).
