24 women battling serious gynaecological cancers have received a new lease of life after undergoing free surgeries during a two-day medical camp in Malindi, Kilifi County. The life-changing procedures were carried out at Star Specialist Hospital under the Gynaecology Mashinani programme, an outreach initiative bringing specialised cancer care closer to communities.
