Three officials of AIMI MA LUKENYA SOCIETY, a land-buying company, have finally been charged for defrauding investors on a 4000-acre land belonging EAST AFRICAN PORTLAND CEMENT. The trio Julius Mutie Mutua, Pascal Kiseli and Alex Kyallo Mutemi were arraigned before Chief Magistrate Bernard Ochoi. The four denied several counts of obtaining money by pretense from various interested investors on the 14 billion shillings piece of land.
