A businessman has been arraigned in court facing 25 counts of forging documents belonging to land parcels located along General Mathenge Road valued at Ksh 500 Million. The co accused Sammy Njuguna who was presented before Chief Magistrate Susan Shitubi denied all the twenty five criminal charges. The parcel of land in question belongs to the former presidential aspirant Jimmy Wanjigi who has been enlisted as the key witness.
