A family in Nairobi is crying for justice amid a land tussle with a company that they say is out to disinherit them. 78-year-old Judith Wanjiru Njenga says the company is claiming to have bought the land in 2004 through a public auction. Wanjiru also claims they have been raided four times in the same property by unknown persons. Lands CS Alice Wahome however says Wanjiru is the rightful owner of the land and the ministry will ensure justice is served to her.
