9-month-old baby defiled in Busia, perpetrator in custody

A nine-month-old girl in Busia is set to undergo corrective surgery after being defiled. The infant was attacked while at home in Khuyala village, Matayos constituency, Busia county. She has been referred to Eldoret teaching and referral hospital for urgent care, while the 23 year old perpeprator of the heinous act is being held at a Busia police station awaiting arraignment in court over the crime
