Acting IG Gilbert Masengeli fails to appear in court for the third time

Acting Inspector General of Police Gilbert Masengeli once again failed to appear in court to address the recent abduction of three men in Kitengela. Justice Lawrence Mugambi had mandated that Mr. Masengeli attend court by 3 p.m. Thursday, warning that failure to comply will result in severe consequences.
