Activist Boniface Mwangi will spend another night in Police Custody ahead of his arraignment at the Kahawa Law Courts on Monday over alleged facilitation of terrorist activities during the June 25th protests. Mwangi, who was arrested Saturday by DCI detectives at his residence in Lukenya, Machakos County, is being held at the Pangani police station. Activists and a section of leaders have condemned the incident, claiming his arrest was political.
