The kenya anti-doping agency of Kenya, adak is in the red with programmes grinding to a halt due to lack of funds. Adak says they will soon cease operations, including testing of athletes as the cash crunch bites. Adak chairman ambassador Daniel Makdwallo says the funding from government has been cut from 288 million in the last financial year to 20 million in the current financial year.
