Agriculture Cabinet Secretary Mithika Linturi maintains there is no fake fertilizer in the Kenyan market, only substandard ones. Appearing before the Senate Agriculture Committee , Linturi explained that only 3000 bags of fertilizer in question were short of agreed macronutrients requirements but that does not mean they are completely useless.
