Former Finance minister Chris Obure and former Principal Secretary in the ministry of Transport and Communication Sammy Kyungu have been acquitted of the 920 million shillings Ango Leasing scandal. Anti corruption Chief Magistrate Ann Mwangi while releasing the two including former Finance Secretary Samwel Bundotich said the prosecution had failed to prove its case against the three former government officials in relations to the scandal.
