Babu Owino says tabling a bill to impeach Ruto is a waste of time

Embakasi East Member of Parliament (MP) Paul Ongili alias Babu Owino has ruled out the possibility of him introducing an impeachment motion against President William Ruto, saying such an effort would be pointless and a waste of time.
