Baringo County Assembly speaker Vincent Kemboi has issued a stern warning to individuals whom he accused of attempting to interfere with the ongoing probe on employment malpractice within the county. Speaking in Barwessa Primary School,the speaker raised an alarm of alleged threats and intimidation , meted out to a section of Members of County Assembly from the Ad Hoc Committee on public service spearheading the investigations. Kemboi who want authorities to apprehend those interfering with the process says the initiative aims at streamlining service delivery in the county.
