Belio denies RSF passport issuance to foreigners

immigration department has denied claims that passports have been issued to foreign nationals with questionable credentials. While appearing before the national assembly committee on administration and internal security, Principal Secretary for immigration Belio Kipsang said no non-Kenyans have been issued with the documents.
