Government is keen to address the issue of brief case NGO under the new law-CEO PBORA says.
The Public Benefit Organizations regulations[PBO] Act 2025 will among other things help in ridding off ‘brief case NGOs' in the country -an official has said.
Dr. Laxmana kiptoo, the CEO and director general of the Public Benefit Organizations Regulatory Authority assured members of the public that the PBO Act will enforce regulations that will address the ‘briefcase NGOs” that he said have become rampant in the country.
