The Bungoma County Government spent 3.7 million shillings to light up a Christmas tree, and another 6.6 million shillings to finance a benchmarking trip to Uganda by 22 Members of the County Assembly. And as Abdiaziz Hashim reports, the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission is breathing down the neck of Governor Ken Lusaka and a section of the Bungoma County Ward Representatives over possible misappropriation of public funds.
