Bungoma student forced to repeat class eight due to lack of school fees

A Student who attained 405 marks at Mupeli Deb primary school, Kanduyi constituency Bungoma county, and was supposed to join Kabianga national school has returned to school to repeat class 8 due to lack of school fees.
