The hospital’s Medical Superintendent, Dr. Emma Namulala, has admitted that the facility is struggling with major infrastructure and service delivery gaps. During a performance assessment visit to the hospital, Senator Okiya Omtata expressed concern over what he described as poor services to patients, blaming the situation on inadequate and overstretched infrastructure.
