A section of residents in Busia County took to the streets to protest over poor governance.The angry residents who marched from Bumala Market, decried poor healthcare services and the bad state of roads in the area, calling on Governor Paul Otuoma to intervene. However, their efforts to submit their petition to Otuoma were in vain after being stopped by the Police from accessing the governor’s office.
