Business leaders warn of widening strategy execution gap, urge focus on performance

Kenyan companies are struggling to translate boardroom strategy into measurable results, with Human Resource leaders now being challenged to step up as drivers of execution and performance. That was the focus of a forum convened by Stratostaff East Africa Limited and Altima Africa, which brought together senior HR executives and business leaders to address what they described as a widening execution gap.
