Business Registration Director General Gathuma unmasks independent power producer beneficiaries

The Business Registration Services Director General Kenneth Gathuma has unmasked individuals who are directors and beneficiaries of the independent power producers in the country. Gathuma said a majority of directors and shareholders are foreigners, with local business proxies. The Energy Committee of the National Assembly, now wants Attorney General Justin Muturi to step in and write to the foreign countries, asking for details of those individuals.
