The Cabinet has endorsed measures the government has taken in the fight against illegal brew and narcotic drugs. The measures announced by the Interior Ministry, include a 21-day suspension of all the 52 licenses and permits issued to manufacturers and distillers of second-generation alcohol and revocation of all bar licenses issued by counties against the law. The Ministry of Health has also been directed to prepare a framework for rehabilitation wards for alcohol and drug addicts in all Level 5 hospitals.
